O restaurante do hotel Immerso, na Ericeira, recebe na segunda edição da iniciativa criada por Alexandre Silva o produtor local Luís Duarte, com os vinhos Hajacortezia, cujas combinações gastronómicas e respetivas especificidades serão apresentadas e detalhadas por ambos.

O chef desenhou um menu com 5 momentos. Há santola, ouriço, atum, cavala, mas também funcho, robalo, pilpil de língua de bacalhau e cabidela, e ainda uma sobremesa que junta beterraba, maçã do oeste e hibisco.

A degustação começa Às 19h00 e tem o valor de 85€, com pairing incluído.
