Há doze anos criei este blog que tal como um bébé começou a sua existência passo a passo, cheio de curiosidade pelo mundo novo à espera de ser explorado. Começou da forma mais simples, sem aspirações ou um plano traçado, obedecendo apenas à vontade que continuo de ter de criar beleza de alguma forma e a comida foi e continua a ser o tema óbvio.

O tempo entretanto voou. E este blog cresceu. Evoluiu de uma forma que eu jamais antecipei. Continua a guiar-me pela mão, através de caminhos desconhecidos para novos universos. Fez-me desenvolver capacidades que eu nem sabia que tinha. Ensinou-me outras tantas. Com ele, aprendi, cresci e de certa forma testei limites e ultrapassei barreiras. E mesmo que a forma como partilhamos imagens e ideias tenha mudado, este espaço continua a ser primordial.

Por tudo isto celebrar é preciso! Com um bolo de chocolate delicioso com ganache de café criado à medida para a ocasião.

Twelve years ago I created this blog that just like a baby started its existence step by step, full of curiosity for the new world waiting to be explored. It started in the simplest way, with no aspirations or plan, just following the desire that I still have to create beauty in some way and food was and still is the obvious theme.

Time however has flown by. And this blog has grown. It evolved in a way I never anticipated. It continues to guide me by the hand, through unknown paths leading to new universes. And even though the way we share images and ideas has changed, this space remains primordial.

Ingredientes: 

  • 3 ovos médios
  • 330 g de farinha
  • 400 g de açúcar
  • 60 g de cacau em pó + um pouco para polvilhar
  • 300 ml de água a ferver + 1 colher de sopa de manteiga derretida na água
  • 180 ml de óleo de girassol
  • 2 colheres de chá de fermento em pó
  • Pitada de sal

Ganache de café:

  • 200 ml de natas (podem ser pasteurizadas)
  • 200 g de chocolate em barra de boa qualidade, partido em pedaços
  • 1 colher de chá de café instantâneo
