• 200g de uvas brancas

• 200g de uvas pretas

• 300g de alfaces variadas

• 2dl de azeite de laranja

• Flor de sal q.b.

Azeite de laranja

• 2,5dl de sumo de laranja

• 0,5dl de azeite virgem extra

PREPARAÇÃO:

1. Coloque o sumo de laranja ao lume a reduzir o volume para um quinto e emulsione no copo misturador com o azeite virgem extra.

2. Coloque as alfaces no fundo do prato, sobreponha as uvas e o presunto, tempere com a flor de sal. Polvilhe com as avelãs.
