Açafrão 1 gramas

Laranja Raspa e sumo 50 gramas

Pimenta Cayenne 1 gramas

Tomilho 5 gramas

Pasta de tomate 25 gramas

Espinha dos peixes acima referidos

Vinho de madeira 25ml

Louro 1 folha

Salsa 15 gramas

Vinho branco 100 ml
