Ingredientes (8 pequenas unidades)

Para a maçã assada

4 maçãs Golden

4 paus de canela

75 g açúcar

75 g vinho do Porto

Para a granola

25 g nozes picadas grosseiramente

25 g alperce seco

50 g flocos de aveia

60 g amêndoa laminada

30 g amêndoa em pó

3g quatro especiarias

50 g açúcar mascavado escuro

30 g mel de rosmaninho

15 ml água

Para o xarope de vinho do Porto

150 g vinho do Porto

40 g açúcar

Preparação:

1.Para as maçãs assadas, retire o meio a quatro maçãs Golden, coloque no centro de cada uma um pau de canela e polvilhe com 75 g de açúcar e 75 g de vinho do Porto.

2.Leve ao forno, a 170 C, durante 25 minutos. Vá regando as maçãs com o líquido.
