HOW TO MAKE COD IN THE OVEN WITH POTATOES AND EGG:
Cook the eggs. When the eggs are cooked, peel them and cut in quarters; set aside.
On a baking dish, put the sliced onion, the potatoes cut into pieces and the cod. Season with white wine, salt, pepper, paprika and chopped garlic. Garnish with the eggs cut in quarters, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden, about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Occasionally, drizzle the cod, the potatoes and the egg with the sauce. Turn off the oven and serve.

- 4 desalted cod steaks (about 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds))
- 150 ml (2/3 cup) olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 large onion
- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds) potatoes
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 eggs
- Salt (to taste)
Directions
