Feito com “morcela da Guarda, farinheira e bucho de porco da Beira Baixa, morcela de arroz de Leiria, chouriço mouro de Portalegre, chouriço de carne de Elvas, chouriço de sangue dos Açores, entremeada, perna de porco, costela de vaca, frango, pernil fumado, chispe, orelha fumada e focinho”, o cozido leva também couve lombarda, couve portuguesa, batata, cenoura e nabo, mas a ementa sugere ainda “repolho, batata doce, abóbora, grão e favas”, lê-se em comunicado.

Disponível ao fim-de-semana, ao almoço (entre as 12.30 e as 15.00), o cozido à portuguesa tem um custo de 25€.
