HOW TO MAKE PORK STEW WITH RICE AND CARROT:
In a saucepan, put the peeled tomato cut into small chunks, chopped onion, pork, chopped garlic, carrot cut into pieces, salt, pepper, paprika, bay leaf and olive oil. Stir, cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat until the tomato start to break down. Add the rice and season with a little salt. Stir, pour the chicken broth and boil over medium-high heat. When starts boiling, reduce to low heat and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve immediately.

- 500 grams (17 1/2 ounces) pork cut into cubes
- 200 grams (1 cup) rice
- 50 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 large carrot
- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bay leaf

- 3 cloves of garlic

Directions
