– Peach, cream, condensed milk
HOW TO MAKE PEACH ICE CREAM:
Wash, peel the peaches and cut into pieces. Put them in a blender and blend on high until a creamy mixture; set aside.
Beat the cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Reserve in the fridge.
In a bowl, whisk the condensed milk with the peach cream. Add the whipped cream and fold gently with a spatula. Put the cream in individual bowls and freeze about six hours or overnight.
Remove from the freezer, garnish the ice cream with peach pieces and serve.
