– Apples, yellow sugar, orange juice, Port wine, cinnamon powder
HOW TO MAKE BAKED APPLES:
Wash the apples and remove the core with an apple corer.
Put the apples on a baking dish and season with cinnamon powder, orange juice, Port wine and yellow sugar. Bake about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Occasionally, drizzle the apples with the sauce. Turn off the oven, let cool slightly and serve.

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) orange juice
- 25 ml (1 3/4 tablespoons) Port wine
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
